Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
