Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our systems. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Entering customer information, product details, and sales transactions into databases
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Assisting with other clerical tasks as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately input customer information, product details, and sales transactions into databases + Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents + Organize and maintain files and records

  • Customer Service:

+ Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat + Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience

  • Administrative Tasks:

+ Assist with other clerical tasks as needed + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements

* No prior experience in data entry required; we provide comprehensive training

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
