Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through our products and services. Your role will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Scheduling service requests and dispatching technicians as needed
  • Providing office support when required, including scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Utilizing computer software, including Microsoft Office products, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
