Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet the needs of our dealership clients
* Providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealership clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and concerns
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Live within the state of Florida
* Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
* Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
