Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our remote team, providing support to customers through phone, email, and web interactions. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take control of their medications and achieve better overall wellness. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions via phone, email, and web interactions
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
  • Proactively identify solutions to anticipate customer questions and concerns
  • Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary
  • Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide technical support to customers navigating our pharmacy website and services
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term connections
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy and maintaining confidentiality

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others
