About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BI Analyst with strong analytical skills to join our team. The role involves daily work with Tableau to create reports and dashboards for business needs, translating business requests into technical requirements, collaborating with other teams to implement solutions, validating data, and presenting insights to stakeholders. You will also assist in maintaining Tableau and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze and process various business requests, translating them into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure complete implementation of BI solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure dashboards reflect correct information.
• Present findings and reports to business stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining Tableau and related reporting tools.
• Document processes and technical specifications when required.

Requirements

• Tableau: Intermediate level (able to independently handle simple tasks; support will be provided for complex tasks).
• SQL: Intermediate level (ability to use JOIN, UNION, extract necessary data from data marts; experience with Clickhouse as plus).
• English: Minimum B1 (higher level is a plus).
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience or familiarity with iGaming industry and business reporting.
