[Remote] Sr Director, Data Products

Responsibilities
- Develop and champion a comprehensive data product strategy aligned with DaVita's overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to create new data products or enhance existing ones to meet market needs and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in data and analytics.
- Define and manage the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage team resources effectively.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT, and clinical teams.
- Communicate the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to diverse audiences.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve data products and services.
- Ensure data products adhere to DaVita's data governance policies and standards.
- Work with data governance and data quality teams to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and responsible data usage throughout the organization.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data products.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
