Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. You will use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns while navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service calls, providing effective and timely resolutions for customers
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Deliver personalized recommendations for blithequark's latest products and services
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs)
  • An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
