About the Role

blithequark is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote workforce. As a Work From Home representative, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet Performance Expectations: Meet or exceed performance expectations and goals, including metrics such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
