About Omnicare and the Role

Omnicare, a CVS Health company, supports continued care communities by delivering practical and innovative solutions to address their needs. As an Account Manager OCR, you will be the key liaison between our clients and the enterprise, managing local client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, expand existing business, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing business and grow our client base.
  • Client Support: Manage routine client support activities, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication: Attend client meetings, deliver quarterly Executive Reviews, and provide updates on business deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Key Account and District Manager, to drive initiatives and deliver results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure expertise and thought leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Established Success: Proven track record in client/account management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to be consultative and solution-focused.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to track and manage issues, engage teams, and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to strategically and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentation: Effective presentation skills, with the ability to make group presentations and promote client satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Past experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in client/account management.
  • Leadership: Experience in leadership or management roles, with a focus on developing and managing high-performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $43,888.00 - $85,068.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits: A full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits, with eligible employees able to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
