Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member at Disney Springs West. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, are reliable, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and cleaning display areas
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic math skills, including the ability to count money and make change accurately
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus
- Experience working in a kitchen or bussing tables is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in basic math
- Availability to work day and night shifts
