Key Responsibilities: Driving Data Management and Customer Service Excellence

  • Execute requests to update store and customer account information in core professional data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
