Duties

  • Represent clients in litigation involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary disputes.
  • Develop comprehensive defense strategies for complex estate-related cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances at various stages of litigation.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues on case developments.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to manage case preparation and execution.
  • Stay informed about changes in state and federal laws related to trusts and estates.

Requirements

  • 20 years of litigation experience, with a focus on trusts and estates defense.
  • Demonstrated success handling complex estate and fiduciary disputes.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
