Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Your Work From Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
  • You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
