Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing them with top-notch service, answering their billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that policyholders receive the support they need and deserve.
  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to policyholders.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to foster trust, empathy, and understanding with policyholders.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to policyholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with policyholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry products and services.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
