Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds. Our flexible schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday
  • Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

This role might be an outstanding fit for you if:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • You possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • You're able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You're able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
