Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, to provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues
  • Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
  • Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Schedule

As a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work the following schedule:

  • Saturday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Monday: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM

This schedule equates to a 24-hour workweek. You may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Compensation and Benefits

Blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Shift differential:
    • Saturday: $19.20/hour
    • Sunday: $18.40/hour
    • Monday: $16.00/hour
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
