You will be working independently, with the flexibility to set your own hours, as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer support questions, including but not limited to, discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and product availability
  • Provide sales support to potential new customers, answering questions and helping them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
