Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and screen resumes to identify top candidates for various job openings
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Manage and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates, leveraging social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The following are essential qualifications for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field
