Job Summary

Blithequark is seeking an innovative and experienced Roundabout Assessment Innovation and Information Director to join our growing Expense Group. As a vital supporter of the Expense Group, you will be responsible for supporting the innovation and information needs of the whole duty association. You will report to the Ranking Director, Roundabout Assessment Innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners to identify charge data and innovation needs, define requirements, and manage execution.
• Partner with data and programmers to design new data sources and tooling to fit the duty group's needs.
• Continually rock the boat and consider smarter and more efficient ways of getting things done.
• Solve complex problems using data on a large scale.
• Experiment with trend-setting technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to bring groundbreaking plans to burden.
• Participate in defining the Organization's assessment data and automation guide.
• Work cross-functionally from start to finish, between our business front, engineering in the middle, and accounting groups at the back to ensure the integrity of our assessment data streams.
• Lift the assessment group's comprehension and use of automation technologies through group information sharing.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
• 4+ years of data and automation experience; charge-related data experience is a plus.
• Experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud.
• Deep experience running SQL queries.
• Knowledge of innovation tools like Alteryx Workspace, Snowflake, Python.
• Experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects.
• Insight into participating in the examination and testing of new data sets.
• Proficiency in using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides)).
• Attention to detail and logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong compass and empathy for others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Measurable Analysis, Database, and ETL best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and reviewing code for accuracy.
• Alteryx Center Accreditation.
• CMI, or CMI up-and-comer.
