Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic, social, and behavior support to students in the classroom and throughout the school
• Assist teachers with lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities

• Support students with special needs, English language learners, and students who require additional academic support
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure student success

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students. The following qualifications and requirements are preferred:

• Substitute Missouri Teacher Certification (minimum)
• Missouri Teacher certification- Elementary 1-6 (preferred)
• Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Compensation and Benefits
