- Strong JavaScript/Glide, configuration, and data skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog/Flows, ACL/RBAC.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development/O&M in large environments.
- Proven experience with Service Portal and Service Operations Workspace configuration.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth; ability to support SailPoint, JIRA, UpStart integrations.
- Upgrades/clones experience with ATF regression and change governance.
- Any of CSA/CAD/CTA Certification
