The Job
We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Entry Specialist to lead the development and execution of exceptional events from face-to-face to virtual and hybrid in India for external and internal audiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing and creating innovative event proposals and pitches
- Collaborating with key partners across various disciplines to adapt events to meet our goals
- Developing and executing event strategies that drive engagement and conversion
- Producing high-quality, customer-driven experiences that are unique to blithequark
- Managing external vendors and office operations, including procurement and logistics
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of events
Key Responsibilities
* Innovative conceptualization, making of inventive proposals and pitches
- Collaborating with key partners across various disciplines to adapt events to meet our goals
- Developing and executing event strategies that drive engagement and conversion
- Producing high-quality, customer-driven experiences that are unique to blithequark
- Managing external vendors and office operations, including procurement and logistics
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of events
Competencies
* 4+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the media industry, with a focus on event execution, planning, and staffing
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure, while practicing smart intuition and creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an added advantage
