Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling all incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
- Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed
- Anticipating and mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
- Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
- Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
- Previous customer service experience, with a comfort level sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to train in Salesforce
- Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
- A High School Diploma or GED
