Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering, verifying, and updating various types of data into our database with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and completing tasks within established deadlines
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Utilizing data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage and analyze data
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and Commercial Real Estate

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in typing and data entry software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and terminology is a plus
