Work From Home Opportunity

We're excited to offer a Work From Home opportunity for our Customer Service Representatives, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering exceptional service to our members. To be eligible for this program, you'll need to meet the following criteria:

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Providing personalized support and solutions to help our members better understand their coverage and options
  • Offering guidance on how to navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. Our site hours are 6am-7pm local time, and you'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts to support our business needs. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

* High School Diploma

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
