Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Teleperformance, interacting with customers and providing innovative solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Active listening and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working with Confidential Customer Information: Handling sensitive information with care and discretion

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance, you will need:

  • 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment
  • Over 18 Years of Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Typing Speed of 25 WPM: Ability to type accurately and efficiently at a speed of 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
  • Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Proficiency in using computers and software applications
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to Navigate Windows Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

As a remote worker, you will need:
