What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and supervise legal teams handling mass tort settlement administration.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, master settlement agreements, and case management orders.
• Develop and oversee coordination programs to support resolution of complex claims.
• Manage document distribution, claims administration, and sensitive case files.
• Liaise with external vendors, law firms, and service providers for claim review and approval.
• Maintain detailed reporting on settlement projects and ensure accuracy in claimant records.
• Provide claimant support with professionalism and empathy; resolve inquiries effectively.
• Onboard and mentor new team members, delegating tasks while maintaining accountability.
• Communicate client needs internally and ensure timely execution of project directives.
• Identify operational challenges and propose practical, strategic solutions.

Experience You Will Need

• J.D. with an active license to practice law in New York (NY) or Texas (TX).
• Member in good standing with the state bar (certificate required).
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, settlements, or claims administration.
• Strong leadership and supervision background, especially in managing high-volume case files.
• Ability to handle cross-functional coordination and large-scale legal projects.
