UX Designer – Remote R0038952 TeamMate ® is the leading audit management software system used by audit professionals all over the world. Using an integrated strategy for managing audits, TeamMate eliminates the barriers created by disconnected electronic files and increases the efficiency and productivity of the entire internal audit process. As a User Experience Designer, you will be an important member of a team tasked with delivering an important piece of our next-generation solution. You will work under the guidance of the Lead UX Designer and Senior UX Designers to produce low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes within a collaborative team. This is a Remote role and will report to the Lead CX/UX Designer and under the leadership of the Manager, CX/UX Design. You will have no direct line supervisory responsibilities. You may oversee the work of colleagues and consultants in the course of project execution. #LI-Remote Required Job Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Experience: 1- 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
  • Are a experienced interaction and visual designer who has worked on a complex application that supports professionals doing work.
  • Enjoy creating rough, low-fidelity prototypes and are comfortable working out just enough detail from users
  • Proficient in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Want to learn to conduct user research interviews and other UX methods to understand users, synthesize user findings, and lead design thinking
  • Learn New UX methodologies and follow defined processes, but know when to suggest improvements
  • Understand that design is always about trade-offs and that solutions need to satisfy both user needs and business objectives—and can explain your design rationale to any audience
  • An online portfolio (or examples you guide us through) that demonstrates your abilities. Be prepared to describe the processes used, your role, and the outcomes.
