Job Summary

As our ideal candidate, you'll be a results-driven Digital Sales Specialist with a passion for eCommerce, customer engagement, and sales growth. You'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement digital strategies that enhance customer experience, drive sales, and promote brand consistency. This 100% remote role requires a strong skillset in digital sales, customer service, and communication. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize our eStore, including product attribution, cross-selling, and customer portal onboarding
  • Collaborate with partnered suppliers to facilitate orders and resolve issues
  • Lead nurturing and quote facilitation through our website, creating internal leads and following up with potential customers
  • Implement and maintain chat infrastructure, scheduling, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including maps and website content
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, promoting positive reviews and resolving negative feedback
  • Provide overflow assistance to our inside sales team and support strategic pricing projects
  • Track and coordinate web leads and online chat interactions
  • Assist with transactional email campaigns and other marketing initiatives
  • Occasionally travel to branch locations to support business objectives
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to strict safety guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support company goals

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented, with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new software programs, with experience in Epicor Prophet 21 a plus
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people and personalities
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industrial distribution or motion and flow control products
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to drive business decisions
