About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Experience Associate to join our team in South Carolina. As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service, handling inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company that's shaping the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward messages to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, ensuring a stable internet connection and meeting our system requirements.
  • Regularly work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a call center or client services environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
