Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our enterprise clients, including US Government (USG) and commercial clients, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to enterprise clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
  • Work with clients to understand their usage of AWS account and billing services, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Perform in-depth analysis on client accounts and billing statements to identify and resolve issues
  • Train clients on reporting options, alerts, and budgets, ensuring they get the most out of our services
  • Collaborate with global customer support teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support
  • Drive projects that improve customer interactions with AWS account and billing data
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer for our enterprise clients, reporting and following up on areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of AWS-specific products and features
  • Work with AWS teams to resolve issues for clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or account management, working with high-profile clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences

  • Experience in service or account management positions, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to solve customer issues
  • Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment, with a focus on timely and effective resolutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
  • SQL or other relational database skills
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and the internet
  • Comprehension of cloud-based processing and storage concepts
  • Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
