About the Role

As a Collaborating Physician with our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our providers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is an ideal position for a physician seeking a flexible schedule, the ability to work remotely, and a collaborative environment that values your expertise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Check-ins:
  • Conduct 15-minute check-ins with each provider once per month over Zoom.
  • Utilize a standard list of pre-answered questions to guide discussions, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
• Chart Review:
  • Review 10% of the providers' patient charts, approximately 20-30 simple charts per month.
  • Identify and flag any red flags within these charts, using guidelines we will provide to ensure you're equipped to perform this task effectively.
  • The review process is designed to be straightforward and typically takes less than an hour each month.
• On-Call Duties:
  • Be available for low-volume on-call duties during work hours, with compensation provided for your availability.
  • Calls are infrequent, allowing you to earn extra income without a significant demand on your time.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Hold an MD or DO degree.
• Be board certified in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology.
• Possess active, unrestricted licensure in all 50 states.
• Reside in Florida.
