Qualifications

- Comfortable working with computers, navigating online platforms, and using chat software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in chat support or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s products and services.
- Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
