We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for:- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC method, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone large data platform.
- Developing and maintaining robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Designing and implementing innovative solutions to deliver high-quality and accurate data insights, utilizing intensive testing and variable use case analysis.
- Providing guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities to drive efficiency in our computing programs, using massive data ecosystems.
- Developing and maintaining software programs, exploring and building automation tools, and proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including incremental delivery of products to business groups at regular intervals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
