About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Disney enthusiasts via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with Disney products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience
  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
