Responsibilities

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Working with confidential information sensitively and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and taking ownership of customer concerns.
  • Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to ensure seamless communication and data processing.
  • Collaborating with a virtual team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities by Role

Tax Customer Care Representative:

+ Handle customer inquiries related to tax services, providing accurate and timely information. + Resolve issues proactively, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Healthcare Customer Service Representative:

+ Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. + Utilize calm and effective communication to de-escalate issues and provide a positive customer experience. + Navigate various computer systems to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently.

Automotive Sales & Service Representative:

+ Resolve customer inquiries related to automotive sales and service, providing accurate and timely information. + Attempt to de-escalate issues calmly, utilizing excellent communication skills to resolve customer concerns. + Upsell when necessary, providing customers with relevant and valuable information about our services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Logical problem-solving skills:

Ability to handle a high volume of calls, think critically, and resolve issues efficiently.

Availability to work various shifts:

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficient with Windows operating systems:

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and capable of typing 25 wpm.

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED:

Equivalent education or higher.

At least 18 years of age:

Predictable and reliable attendance, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
