Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Data Scientist to lead our scientific transformation in the Talent Acquisition space. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, software developers, and business leaders, to define business processes and provide analytical support. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and provide analytical support to drive business outcomes
  • Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
  • Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines to support client-facing reporting and business intelligence
  • Automate talent acquisition processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders through verbal and written presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience working with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
  • 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques, and frameworks that influence their performance
  • Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
  • Experience working in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology organization
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
