Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging SAT/SSAT/ACT/TOEFL Prep Instructor to join our student preparation program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire students to achieve their highest potential scores. Key Responsibilities

• Teach students in small groups or 1:1 settings, focusing on standardized tests such as SAT, SSAT, ACT, and TOEFL.
• Create, update, and adapt learning materials to cater to diverse student needs.
• Design lessons that allow students to practice test assessments, with a focus on pace and differentiation.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of standardized assessments, including test dates, times, and aptitude pedagogy.
• Issue practice problems and assessments during instruction, ensuring student work is engaging and relevant.
• Build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, understanding their motivations and goals.
• Conduct consultations, reviewing student practice assessments and providing individualized feedback.
• Recognize student strengths and weaknesses, helping them achieve optimum performance.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Experience with proctoring standardized assessments or instruction in mathematics or English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience with test preparation and instruction.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
