The Role

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to customers of our top e-commerce clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer service tickets across various platforms, including Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for (Experience preferred but not required)
  • Providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues
  • Working closely with clients to understand their products, services, and brand voice, ensuring that support is delivered in a way that aligns with their values and mission
  • Collaborating with our team of experts to develop and implement effective support strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest customer service trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Performing basic administrative tasks as required by clients, such as data entry and reporting

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Excellent English language skills

Experience in customer-facing roles

Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels

, with a focus on delivering high-quality support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations

Relational skills

, with the ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide empathetic support

Ability to remain calm under pressure

, with a focus on de-escalating conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Availability to work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST)
