Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and providing exceptional support to policy holders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex matters
  • Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments
  • Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet policy holders' needs
  • Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driven to succeed. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Availability to work various shifts

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 6 months of Call Center experience
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote working experience, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • A clean and quiet workspace free from distractions
  • To provide proof of internet speed
