Key Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content on our clients' platforms, reviewing graphic images, videos, and written content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Participate in frequent refresher training to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures.
• Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by our clients.
• Review, classify, and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards.
• Maintain corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
• Participate in continuous training programs to optimize your performance.
• Provide trends and insights to improve overall processes and recommend policy and product improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• Over 18 years of age.
• Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or explicit.
• Attention to detail and ability to be flexible to meet changing business needs.
• Logical problem-solving skills and availability to work various shifts.
• Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.
