About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative - Tier 1 to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a first-touch ambassador for Corsair and other brands, you'll be the face of our company, using available tools to help customers quickly find answers to their questions and issues. If you're a charismatic individual with exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for making customers happy, we want to hear from you.

The Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers with a positive and confident attitude, providing a seamless experience across phone, chat, and/or email methods.
  • Use available tools to look up, investigate, and research customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Accurately document all interactions using appropriate support systems and tools, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Exercise good judgment to take actions that meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to Corsair procedures and policies.
  • Identify pain points that impact customer satisfaction or agent effectiveness, including internal tools, systems, or process limitations, and share these with leadership members to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

We're looking for a self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in the English language, and a friendly, slightly quirky, and fun attitude. Previous customer service experience (1+ years) is preferred, as well as experience with online and retail commerce ordering, consumer product warranty processing, and support processes, systems, and tools.
