You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including server maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Server Farm Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Performing routine server maintenance, including hardware upgrades and software updates
  • Troubleshooting and repairing server issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Maintaining accurate records of server performance and issues
  • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement process improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in server maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware and software, including Windows Server and Linux
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in server maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

  • Experience with cloud services and data center operations
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow
  • Certification in server administration or a related field
