The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license and comes with Clinical and Primary Care experience. See below for additional details:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and respond to escalated patient clinical reviews.
• Establish protocols and workflows for clinical support staff.
• Monitor and audit clinical support staff ensuring adherence to quality and clinical standards.
• Analyze patient records for relevant clinical information for review and resolution.
• Respond to patient escalations professionally, compassionately and according to Vida program guidelines.
• Acts as a resource to clinical and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals; including providers and other QA team members to ensure consistent quality across all service lines.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License required.
• 5+ years of experience working in a clinical and administrative environment.
• Experience within QA; chart reviews and clinical compliance.
• Proven experience in clinical operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with protocol and policy creation.
• Proven ability to analyze situations, identify issues and implement solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a telehealth setting preferred.
