Job Summary
As a Data Scientist on our Investigation and Conduct Change team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models that inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, improve patient engagement, and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry
- Strong programming skills in languages such as R or Python
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as R or Python
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
