Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Remote Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for home repair companies
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
• Have a PC with at least Windows 7, dual monitors, a USB headset, and consistent reliable high-speed internet access
• Be proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Have good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Be available to work weekends
