About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, productive attitude
  • The ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
