Senior Product Manager - Conversion & Donation Experience
ActBlue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revolutionizing grassroots fundraising. They are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to own critical fundraising product areas like donation checkout, event ticketing, and e-commerce, focused on maximizing donor engagement. This role requires close collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive growth and improve the user experience. They are looking for someone who is a strategic product leader and a strong experimenter.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with focus on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth
- Experience in checkout/conversion flows, transaction-heavy products, event management, or e-commerce platforms
- Proven track record of building end-user experiences that drive retention and revenue
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.) and ability to interpret complex user data
