About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and charismatic Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct recruiting strategies, creating employment marketing materials, conducting interviews with healthcare professionals, and interacting with hospital clients nationwide. Your primary focus will be on filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute direct recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent
  • Create employment marketing materials, including job postings, social media content, and recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals to assess their qualifications and fit for our client's needs
  • Interact with hospital clients nationwide to understand their recruitment needs and provide solutions

Essential Qualifications
